The property and house are very close to being aligned North/South, so I have done a drawing to show the layout of the house. The scale is not exact but it is close to the actual dimensions of the house and property. The property is close to 17.5 metres wide and 36.5 metres long from the road which includes the grass verge. I have made what I believe is the verge in a very pale green.
